Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users. You may close your account and stop using the Service at any time, including by discontinuing use or requesting that we delete your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their terms. Payment is charged to your app-store account at confirmation of purchase. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price, and your account is charged for renewal within the period before the term ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app-store account settings. Except where required by law or the applicable app-store policy, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws;
• scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or
• use the Service to develop a competing product or to train machine learning models without our written permission.

Market Data and No Investment Advice

The Service provides market data, analytics, rankings, and research tools for informational purposes only. Information shown is sourced from third parties and public records and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Penny or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services and data sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms that apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penny and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Penny and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access or account, or end these Terms, at any time, with or without notice, including without limitation for any actual or suspected violation of these Terms, for fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or unlawful activity, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
