Delete your PennyAI account

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open PennyAI and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Delete by email (no app required)

1. Email getmypenny@mypennyfi.com from the email address registered to your PennyAI account, with the subject line "Delete my PennyAI account".
2. We will send a secure confirmation link to that address. This confirms the request came from the account owner.
3. Open the link and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately once you confirm.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, it is deactivated immediately: all sessions and API keys are revoked, any active subscription is canceled, and alerts, scheduled scans, and push notifications are turned off. The following data associated with your account is then permanently removed from our systems:

• Your profile (name and email address)
• Watchlists and alert settings
• Scan schedules and scan history
• App activity and usage events tied to your account
• Push-notification device registrations

What is kept, and for how long

Deleted accounts are retained in a deactivated state for up to 90 days to protect against fraudulent or accidental deletion requests, after which the data above is permanently removed. Records we are legally required to keep — such as payment and transaction records — are retained for as long as applicable law requires, and anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics.
